GCSAA Strategic Indicators
GCSAA Mission:
GCSAA is dedicated to serving its members, advancing their profession and enhancing the enjoyment, growth and vitality of the game of golf.

Indicator A. Annual % of member superintendent base salary growth (median).
Indicator B. % of eligible superintendent members who become Class A members. Eligibility is defined as SM members who achieved the required years of experience based upon the Class A Eligibility Sliding Scale who have not reclassified from being a Class A member.
Indicator C. Annual % of grandfathered Class A members who renew after first renewal cycle.
Indicator D. Annual % of Class A, SM and C member growth.
Indicator E. Annual % of U.S. golf facilities represented with a GCSAA member.
Indicator F. % of influential/avid golfers who view GCSAA as a leading golf association.
Indicator G. Annual % of member superintendents who provide baseline environmental data about their facilities.
Indicator H. Annual number of member superintendents who attend GIS.
Indicator I. Annual participation headcount (unique individuals) for GCSAA conference education, seminar, distance learning product offerings and external education.
Indicator J. Net promoter score of website usage by the members.
Indicator K. Annual total revenue (excluding investment income and reserve funds greater than 45% target.)
Indicator L. Annual net revenue (bottom line) target (excluding investment income and reserve funds greater than 45% target.)
Indicator M. Annual GCSAA Net Conference and Golf Industry Show Revenue.
Indicator N. GCSAA membership net promoter score.
Indicator O. Ensure that GCSAA introduces females to the golf course management profession through various outreach efforts.
Indicator P. Ensure that GCSAA introduces people from ethnically diverse backgrounds to the golf course management profession through various outreach efforts.
