Jay Nalls, golf course superintendent at Norbeck Country Club in Rockville, Md., has been honored with GCSAA's 2012 Excellence in Government Relations Award.

Nalls will receive the award Feb. 28 at Celebrate GCSAA! during the 2012 GCSAA Education Conference and Golf Industry Show in Las Vegas.
