The Environmental Management Program provides advanced training in six areas of
golf course management that impact the environment. Each specialization contains
study requirements that address current issues that influence environmental management.
In addition, earning this certificate demonstrates your personal commitment to preserve
and protect the environment.

You can meet study requirements by attending GCSAA seminars and completing self-study
courses. Each specialization requires the successful completion of three to seven
courses.
Once you have met study requirements, send in your application form. Upon approval,
you will receive a certificate of completion, a letter of achievement to your green
chair, club owner or employer and notification to your local chapter newsletter
or newspaper.
