FTP instructions for ad submission There are two main ways to upload a file to GCSAA using our FTP site. If this is your first time to FTP an ad to GCSAA, please contact Shelly Howard (800) 472-7878, ext. 4441 for our FTP username and password. To use Internet Explorer 1. Open Internet Explorer 2. In the address bar type the following address: ftp://208.191.45.1/public 3. This will take you to the FTP site. A login box will appear -- enter your username and password into the correct boxes. 4. Copy your file into the "public in" folder. Be sure the name of your file includes your company name and issue month. 5. Close Internet Explorer and contact your account manager to let them know your file is ready. Other FTP Program 1. Open your FTP program (example: Fetch) 2. Enter IP address 208.191.45.1 3. Enter username and password -- you will need to contact Shelly Howard (800) 472-7878, ext. 4441 for our FTP username and password 4. Copy your file into the "public in" folder.
