Q: How can I segment my list?
A: GCSAA’s List Subscription Service provides many different ways to segment your list. You can choose a list that will allow you to request many different pieces of information that allow you to target your specific audience most effectively. You can select the information you want throughout the process, including title, member or non-member and greens fee.

Q: I’m having problems retrieving my list once I complete the process. What do I need to do?
A: It could be that your browser settings are prohibiting you from downloading the list you requested. Please review the suggestions on this page or contact Becky Downing at 800-472-7878, ex. 3652 for assistance.

Q: I attempted to download my list, but an error occurred and I can not get it to download again. What can I do?
A: Unfortunately, lists can only be downloaded once. If you experience an error during the download process or accidentally delete or corrupt the file, you will need to begin the process again from the very beginning. If you make note of your specific requests, you may be able to simplify the process in case you lost the information the first time.
