Election Activities

Voter Check-In

Individual voters and proxy holders are required to check in at the registration area during the times designated below. Failure to check in will result in the individual voter or proxy holder not being able to cast his/her vote during the annual meeting and election. Note: Chapter delegates are NOT required to check in prior to the annual meeting, just individual voters and proxy holders.

Voter Check-In Hours (in the Registration Area)

Monday, Feb. 2, 6:30 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Tuesday – Wednesday, Feb. 3 – 4, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Chapter Delegates Breakfast

Thursday, Feb. 5
6:30 – 7:30 a.m.

Annual Meeting and Election

Friday, Feb. 6
2:30 – 4:30 p.m.
