The Networking Reception will be held immediately following the Employment Fair. This event offers food, beverage and camaraderie in a relaxed and casual environment. The 16th Annual Collegiate Turf Bowl Competition winners and team placements will be announced during the reception. Make plans to attend and develop those strong peer-to-peer connections that make a difference.

The 2010 Golf Industry Show will close in style. Featuring multiple bars spread throughout the show floor, this event will provide a relaxed and casual atmosphere to conduct business, celebrate another successful show, and enjoy entertainment and networking opportunities with your colleagues and industry experts.

The GCBAA (booth 3753) will be selling raffle tickets for a 2010 softtail Harley Davidson motorcycle. All proceeds will go to the GCBAA Sticks for Kids program. The winner will be announced at 5 p.m. during the Show Floor Happy Hour.
Golf Industry Show management will be walking the trade show floor during the Show Floor Happy Hour to hand out prizes to qualified buyer attendees at random. Prizes include a complimentary registration to the 2011 Golf Industry Show in Orlando, gift certificates and cash. $5,000 worth of prizes will be handed out - don't miss your opportunity to be one of the lucky winners.

Enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, including a networking area, food and beverage stations, and music while celebrating superintendents who have achieved and maintained their CGCS designation. The short program will introduce newly certified superintendents and showcase the 25-year anniversary class. Invite a colleague to share in this experience. Cameron J. Rains, co vice-president of the USGA Executive Committee, will be in attendance as our special guest and awards presenter.
If you're a CGCS, RSVP to the invitation mailed this fall and include a non-certified peer, your employer or assistant.
