Golf Classic
Golf Classic
Saturday, Feb. 6 – Sunday, Feb. 7

Presented in partnership with The Toro Company
Enjoy camaraderie and relaxed competition in the GCSAA Golf Classic while developing new friendships and picking up tips and techniques from your peers in the industry. The Golf Classic will use the point quota scoring system. A point quota for each round is established by subtracting your verified handicap index from 36. The maximum allowable handicap index for point system scoring is 30. If you have a handicap index over 30, you will be assigned the minimum of 6 points per day.
The quota scoring system point values:
0 Double Bogey or worse
1 Bogey
2 Par
3 Birdie
4 Eagle
5 Double Eagle
Taking your point total for the round and subtracting it from the quota for the round will calculate the net score.

Indian Wells Golf Resort -– Players Course
Conceived in the spirit of a classic American design style, the Players Course features wide-playing corridors, traditional rectangular tee boxes and sculpted bunkers. Most of the holes are oriented to take full advantage of jaw-dropping views of the surrounding mountain ranges and the majestic Eisenhower Mountain to the south. As a “core golf” layout, no roads or homes intrude into the golf course, and each hole is designed to be somewhat sheltered from the others to elicit a feeling of solitude.
