New topics, new software, same high-quality webcasts
New this season, GCSAA will be using Live Meeting software for webcasts. Not only is it simple to use and helps keep user fees low, it also offers new features and more connections per meeting.
"We're excited about a number of features Live Meeting software will provide, including the ability to deliver recordings in different formats in the future so you can choose to listen from your portable player or from your desktop," says Shari Koehler, GCSAA director of professional development.
Take a few minutes to view a five-minute video demonstration and see for yourself what the virtual classroom looks like. Lisa Wick, GCSAA’s senior manage of e-learning programs, will walk you through the simple process of installing the software and joining a meeting, as well as explain how to access handouts, share notes and ask questions.
GCSAA has many new and updated webcasts coming your way this year – from “ABCs of Algae” to “Tips for Tournaments.” View the online webcast calendar to find education that’s right for you. If you can’t find a topic you'd like to see offered, submit your suggestion today so we can work on adding it to the spring lineup.
