About the instructor

Michael Morris, CGCS, has been the golf course superintendent at Crystal Down Country Club in Frankfort, Mich., since 1987. He received his certificate in turfgrass management from Michigan State University and also holds bachelor of arts and master of arts degrees in English from MSU. Morris has been a GCSAA faculty member since 2001, teaching at the annual education conference, as well as several webcasts.
