From the Trenches to the Trencher: Leadership Transition

Dec. 18, 2014
10 a.m. (Central)

Roch Gaussoin, Ph.D.

You started your career path believing it would be bluegrass/bermudagrass and bed knives and then BAM! you’re responsible for leading a diverse, sometimes contrary, crew/board/committee. The transition from practitioner to leader is an obstacle course that includes getting through what seems to be a quagmire of policies, personalities and perceptions. In this 90-minute webcast, Roch Gaussoin, Ph.D., will use several descriptions of leadership - and those being led - to provide a foundation for choosing a leadership style or mantra for participants.
