Cost saving tips
There are several ways to make attending conference and show more affordable:
- Share a hotel room with a friend/colleague.
- Attend full-conference package events that include food/beverage – the Welcoming Reception and Innovative Session breakfasts for example.
- Attend hosted chapter and exhibitor events to which you are invited.
- Share a cab to/from the airport.
- Take a shuttle service, instead of a cab, to/from the airport.
- Register early to take advantage of lower advance fees.
- Stay in an official GCSAA hotel and utilize the complimentary shuttle service to/from the Orange County Convention Center.
- Contact Golf Industry Travel, and have a representative research all routes and flights to obtain the best rate.
