A few examples are listed below that you can follow or combine
into a system that works best for you.
One (team)
- First, each person consumes in their preferred format.
- Second, team meets to discuss their experience.
- Third, team determines which exhibitors they need to spend more
quality time with as a group.
Two (individual or team)
- First, go through the exhibitor listings and check off those
that are on your “must see” list.
- Second, mark a small “x” over these booths on the
floor map.
- Third, write the company names and booth space numbers down
in numerical order.
Three (individual or team)
- First, quickly cruise the entire trade show floor, making notes
of those exhibitors who are “must see”.
- Second, go back and spend quality time with these exhibitors.
Four (individual or team)
- First, begin at one end of the show floor and walk each aisle.
- Second, visit booths you are more interested in speaking to
as you walk the floor.
No matter which format you use to consume the show floor, make sure and
allow sufficient time to visit each of the Solution Centers, Networking
Parks and the New Product Showcase.
