How to advertise an open position
To post your open position advertisement on GCSAA's ERS service, please follow the links below. If you have any questions, or need technical support, please contact Debbie Hoffman by email or at 800-472-7878, ext. 4424.
Payment procedures
ERS advertising rates:
(frequency discounts are available)
- Golf course management positions: $300
- Assistant superintendent positions: $100
- Golf course crew positions: $100
- Sales/research/management positions: $300 ($150 for GCSAA affiliate members)
- Internship positions: Free to post for GCSAA members

Payment must be made at the time of the advertisement. Our online form requires credit card payment. It is possible to arrange for an invoice, but we must receive payment within two weeks of the advertisement date.

Deadlines and postings
Ads are posted within three business days upon submission to GCSAA's Career Services. Because this is a service for GCSAA members, we will verify that the member currently in the position has been notified of the position posting.
