Companies of all sizes are eligible for the award, which rates organizations on their readiness to listen and respond to parents’ needs as they strive to balance work and family.  Some of the family-friendly benefits at Arysta LifeScience include:

  • Comprehensive benefits;
  • On-site fitness center;
  • "Bring Your Child to Work" day;

  • Helping employees balance work/life demands

"Our culture is not defined by just the benefits we offer, but our entire attitude and environment," said Amy Hoover, human resources manager. "We’re very flexible with our employees allowing them to set their own work schedules. Rather than dictating their work hours or limiting their sick leave, we treat them like the professionals they are and focus on productivity rather than hours worked."
