GCSAA's new VNR features an interview with Greg Norman.

GCSAA has produced a video news release (VNR) that will be distributed to more than 900 television and cable outlets June 7, 8 and 13 in advance of the U.S. Open.

The VNR will feature The Environmental Institute for Golf Advisory Council chair Greg Norman; Tim Hiers, CGCS at Old Collier Golf Club; and Greg Lyman, GCSAA Director of Environmental Programs. The goal is to communicate the value golf courses provide to communities, the work of The Institute and the expertise of GCSAA golf course superintendents. Although the piece was created to work as a tie-in to the U.S. Open, it is suitable to run any time.
