GCSAA, its members and The Environmental Institute for Golf will be front and center on The Golf Channel’s critically acclaimed “What’s in the Bag” series beginning June 26 (see schedule).

Host Adam Barr and the “What’s in the Bag” crew traveled to Pinehurst, the Golf Industry Show and other venues to interview GCSAA members, leaders and industry officials to learn more about golf course management, the association and golf’s relationship with the environment. For more about the show and The Golf Channel, visit www.thegolfchannel.com.

“The Golf Channel is an excellent vehicle to reach the avid golfer and those golf industry officials who have the ability to influence the employment of GCSAA members,” said GCSAA CEO Steve Mona, CAE. “The goal is to communicate the value GCSAA members have to the economic vitality of the facility, to the golfer’s enjoyment of the game and The Institute’s mission to enhance golf’s compatibility with the environment.”

The 30-minute episode will air several times this summer, including the week of June 26.
