Partnership for educational seminar program begins 10th year. Jacobsen, a Textron Inc. company has renewed its agreement to sponsor educational seminars for GCSAA members through 2007. This year, 20 new titles will be added to the list of more than 100 seminars offered at the conference in Anaheim, as well as at events hosted by affiliate chapters throughout the year. The seminars are taught by superintendents, university professors and industry experts.

Green Links features Links as Labs environmental education program. The webcast will also review reasons environmental and physiological problems can lead to herbicide failure (often mistaken for herbicide resistance). Material covered will include reasons why resistant populations occur, types of resistance and diagnosis of unsuccessful herbicide applications.
