Steve McDonald
Although many consider annual bluegrass (Poa annua) a nuisance grassy weed in fine turf areas, it can provide an outstanding golf playing surface in many regions. Poa annua is susceptible to many species-specific fungal and insect pests. This 90-minute webcast covers identification and management tactics for many of the most common pests such as the annual bluegrass weevil, anthracnose, brown ring patch and summer patch. Steve McDonald also discusses both cultural and chemical management strategies in detail.
