Golf Industry Show Connection is a new smart phone app available for free at GolfIndustryShow.com. It allows users to review and add education sessions to their calendars; search for exhibitors and find them on the show floor; preview the show floor with an interactive map; download brochures from exhibitors; receive show alerts; and follow the Golf Industry Show Twitter feed. Plans for additional features include Orlando destination spots and local merchant coupons and discounts. Golf Industry Show Connection is available for iPhone, Android, Blackberry and any smartphone that has web-browser capability.

My Planner, an online scheduling tool at GolfIndustryShow.com, allows users to plot out their conference and show agenda each day. It allows users to search and add education sessions to their schedule; view the trade show floor plan and map routes to each planned booth visit; search for exhibitors, products or booths; set appointments and add the locations to their itinerary. My Planner users may also download their information to their Golf Industry Show Connection app.

EventSocial is a new tool that allows attendees and exhibitors to find and connect with people in their personal and professional networks (Outlook, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Gmail, Yahoo) who are registered for the event.

The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America and the National Golf Course Owners Association will present the Test Drive Technology Center in booth 311 during the Golf Industry Show. It will showcase the newest technology solutions in the golf course industry, allowing attendees to 'test drive' state-of-the-art products and provide them with solutions to more effectively and successfully manage all aspects of their business. The Test Drive Technology Center will give away several of the items during the Golf Industry Show Stay to Win Prize Drawings for attendees on the trade show floor from 4-5:30 p.m., Feb. 10.

Exhibitor Invites is a new, free and easy tool for exhibitors to upload their contact lists with a third-party bonded e-mail distribution service and send out customized invitations to their customers and prospects.

Freeman, the general service contractor for the Golf Industry Show, has unveiled online integrated ordering this year. It allows exhibitors to order Freeman products and services, as well as those from other specialty vendors and facility services, through Freeman OnLine using single shopping cart technology.

The Golf Industry Show is an innovative trade show designed for the owners/operators of golf facilities and the professional members of the golf course industry. The event combines education, networking and solutions for golf course superintendents, owners, operators, architects, builders, equipment managers, appraisers and others.
