I keep getting sent back to the same page. Any suggestions?
1. Check your browser version (i.e. Internet Explorer 6.0/7.0, Netscape 7.2 or AOL 9.0)
- If you have an outdated browser version, try Microsoft's homepage for a free Internet Explorer upgrade, or to Netscape's homepage for a free Netscape upgrade, or to any computer retailer for the latest version of AOL. If you are an AOL member, AOL should send it free.
2. Check your Operating System (i.e. Windows98 or higher, Linux etc.)
- If you have an outdated Operating System, try getting an upgrade. This is usually only for Windows 95 users.

2.Close your AOL software and reopen it.
3. If you are still seeing garbled text on the screen, access the GCSAA site using Internet Explorer - click Start, Programs, and select Internet Explorer.
4. If none of these solutions work, uninstall and reinstall your AOL software.
