Live webcasts

GCSAA members can now attend webcasts for no additional fee. Upcoming titles are:

  • Feb. 14: What About Wetting Agents
Wetting agents are an effective treatment for localized dry spots, yet superintendents often question whether their use will result in greens that are either too wet or dry. Doug Karcher, Ph.D., will cover the cause of localized dry spots, how wetting agents work to overcome water repellent root zones, and more.
  • Feb. 16: Managing Turfgrass in Shaded Conditions Utilizing PGRs, Pesticides & Fungicides
John Sorochan, Ph.D., will help you learn to accurately diagnose shade stress on turf and offer management practices that can be implemented to successfully meet the challenges of managing your shade-stressed turf.
