The new DT610-DP and DT712-DP deckover dump trailers from Bri-Mar give truck owners a portable carrying solution to serve flatbed and dumping purposes. The trailers enable the transportation of mulch, lumber and pallets of paving stone with one piece of equipment. With 20-inch hinged, fold-down sides that permit loading palletized material quickly, dump-to-trailer transformation takes 30 seconds, the company says. The weight of the load is supported by a 6-inch tubular mainframe, 3-inch channel cross-members and a 12-gauge steel bed. Positioning of the wheels underneath the deck on both models allows for greater maneuverability in confined areas, while a 33-inch deck height allows dumped loads to clear the deck effectively. The trailers use a hydraulic system driven by a Monarch Power unit with a 20-foot corded remote control. A BullDog 5k leg jack and adjustable coupler allow the trailers to stand independently, and a slipper spring suspension smooths bumpy terrain. Contact Bri-Mar, 717-263-6116 (www.bri-mar.com).

Ideal for jumpstarting newly established turf and root development, the permeable covers can also be used overnight for frost protection, helping to prevent tee time starting delays.
