Bill Brown CGCSBill Brown, CGCS  earned a bachelor's degree in turfgrass science from Penn State University and is a member of the Philadelphia Association of GCS. Brown’s activities include serving on the board and as a chapter delegate for the PAGCS chapter. He has also served on several GCSAA committees and has been a faculty member since 2010.
