Industry news garners coverage coast to coast

Renovation projects, environmental concerns and rising costs garnered much of the media’s attention when it came to talking about course conditions over the last few weeks. Following is a list of some of the more prominent media spots garnered by the industry.

St. Paul Pioneer Press, Nov. 19 “Old golf course may get new life
Article about a proposal for partnership between Castlewood GC, a nine-hole, par-36 municipal course in Forest Lake, Minn., and the Minnesota GCSA, to turn the course into a modern, experimental course, as well as a research center for turf grass science.
