Ryan,
Was just up at the University of Missouri field day, they had tried some Pylex on some bent grass plots mowed at .6" (Note as is stated many times in the field day booklet and during the presentation, Pylex isn't labeled for bentgrass). They had noted similar injury as you have seen on rye grass. It would show that injury no matter the rate (they used .5, .75 and 1 oz/acre) for 14 days after treatment with full recovery by 21 days. I wonder if you are seeing similar effects on your rye grass? They did see the bermuda die off. They are trying 3 different treatment timings, on starting on May 15th with 2 follow up applications on 21 day intervals. The second starting June 25th with 2 follow up applications at 21 day intervals, and the third starting on Sept. 4th followed by 2 more applications at 21 day intervals. The ones that had already had been treated with the last applicaton on June 25 had returned to looking normal and we could find the bermuda, it was gone, when we were at field day on July 30th. The summer applications we could see the yellowing of the bentgrass and the bleaching of the bermuda.
I think they were going to put the field day booklet on their website after field day, might try the website below, (just checked 2013 isn't on it yet, but 2011 and 2012 is)
Have to give them all up there their props (one place I think Mizzou is out competing the rest of the SEC), they are doing some fine work, not only on golf turf but also on sports fields and lawn turf as well.
