Our benefits:


You are eligible for insurance coverage on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. For team members, medical coverage is paid at 90% and dental and vision coverage is free! You may add dependents for an additional cost as well. For our insurance, we are partnered with well-established, national providers with strong networks of doctors.


Employee and employer contributions begin on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Both pre-tax and Roth accounts are available through our premier retirement plan provider. A 529 College Savings plan is also available for you and your family.


As a valued team member of GCSAA, you are protected with a term life insurance of two times your annual salary. You are also covered for AD&D insurance and long-term disability — all paid 100% by GCSAA. Optional life insurance, short-term disability, critical illness and accident insurance are available to you at reduced rate.


We recognize the need for our team members to get some R&R. You beginto accrue vacation and sick time immediately upon hire. For the first two years, you accrue 10 days of vacation per calendar year and this increases on your 2nd, 4th and 7th anniversary. You receive 12 sick days every year.Team members are also provided ten paid holidays (two floating — your choice).


We know development is important to our members and it’s important to us too. Team members may at-tend seminars, workshops and other educational programs to increase their skills and knowledge. We staff many team members who carry professional certifications in their respective fields. GCSAA supports your growth— both personally and professionally.


Our mantra is simple: Everyone paddles! You do a good job and we want you to know it. Whether it be formal recognition at our all-staff meeting, a peer-to-peer BirdieBuck or a high-five from our CEO, we know the importance of a “thank you.” Team members are recognized for their continued service with cash awards beginning at year 5 and every year following.


They say “work hard and play hard” and that’s what we do! Summer BBQs, happy hour get-togethers, holiday parties, and the ice cream truck keep our staff smiling outside of their day-to-day duties. We’ve also been known to watch a basketball game here and there too. Dress for Your Day: Casual attire year-round.
