You are eligible for insurance coverage on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. For team members, medical coverage is paid at 90% and dental and vision coverage is free. You may add Dependents can be added for an additional cost as well.
Employee and employer contributions begin on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Both pre-tax and Roth accounts are available through our premier retirement plan provider. A 529 College Savings plan is also available.
You are protected with a term life insurance of two times your annual salary. You are also covered for AD&D insurance and long-term disability — all paid 100% by GCSAA.
You begin to accrue vacation and sick time immediately upon hire. For the first two years, you accrue 10 days of vacation per calendar year and this increases on your 2nd, 4th and 7th anniversary. You receive 12 sick days every year. Team members are also provided ten paid holidays.
Team members may attend seminars, workshops and other educational programs to increase their skills and knowledge. We staff many team members who carry professional certifications in their respective fields.
