Here's an overview of the comprehensive benefit package we offer to members of the GCSAA team.


Our benefits:


You are eligible for insurance coverage on the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Medical coverage is paid at 95%, and dental and vision coverage is free. You may add dependents for an additional cost, as well. For our insurance, we partner with well-established, national providers with strong networks of doctors.


You are immediately eligible to begin saving in our 401(k), and a 4% match will begin once you’ve been with us for six months. Both pre-tax and Roth accounts are available through our premier retirement plan provider. A 529 college savings plan is also available for you and your family.


As a valued team member of GCSAA, you are protected with a term life insurance policy of two times your annual salary. You are also covered for AD&D insurance and long-term disability — all paid 100% by GCSAA. Optional life insurance, short-term disability, critical illness and accident insurance are available to you at reduced rate.


We recognize the need for our team members to get some R&R. You begin to accrue vacation and sick time immediately upon hire. For the first two years, you accrue 10 days of vacation per calendar year and this increases on your second, fourth and seventh anniversaries. You receive 12 sick days every year. Team members are also provided 10 paid holidays (two floating — your choice!).


We know development is important to our members, and it’s important to us, too. Team members may attend seminars, workshops and other educational programs to increase their skills and knowledge. We have many team members who carry professional certifications in their respective fields. GCSAA supports your growth — both personally and professionally.


You do a good job and we want you to know it. Whether it is formal recognition at our all-staff meeting or a high-five from our CEO, we know the importance of a “thank you.” Team members are recognized for their continued service with cash awards given at year three, five, seven and every year following. Departments enjoy celebrating their successes with various fun activities for their teams.


They say “work hard and play hard” and that’s what we do. Summer BBQs, happy hour get-togethers, holiday parties, and a golf league keep our staff smiling outside of their day-to-day duties. We’ve also been known to watch a basketball game here and there, too. We offer business casual attire and pull out our jeans for casual Fridays.


We work in a comfortable building with lots of natural sunlight, several break rooms, free coffee and tea and plenty of large spaces to work collaboratively in teams. You will love the beautiful patio in our backyard. You’ll definitely want to check out the fish in the lily garden pond.
