GCSAA's 2026 Annual Meeting

The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America will be held on Thursday, Feb. 5, 2026. 

After careful evaluation by the Nominating Committee, the following members have been nominated for the GCSAA Board of Directors and will appear on the ballot:

Officer positions

For president:

• Paul L. Carter, CGCS candidate questionnaire 

For vice president:

• Marc E. Weston, CGCS candidate questionnaire

For secretary/treasurer:

• Steven J. Hammon, CGCS candidate questionnaire

 

• H. Scott Griffith, CGCS candidate questionnaire

Director positions

Six members are on the slate to fill two open director positions:

• Aaron Fankhauser, CGCS candidate questionnaire

• Renee Geyer, CGCS candidate questionnaire

• Ryan Kraushofer, CGCS candidate questionnaire

• Brandon Razo, CGCS candidate questionnaire

• Brian J. Roth, CGCS candidate questionnaire

• Matthew Rusch candidate questionnaire

There are two open director positions, each for a two-year term, as the terms of Kraushofer and Roth are expiring. Both candidates running for the Secretary/Treasurer position are currently serving the first year of two-year director terms. As a result, the outcome of the Secretary/Treasurer election will create an additional one-year vacancy on the Board, which will also need to be filled.

T.A. Barker, CGCS, will serve on the board for one year as immediate past president. Jeff L. White, CGCS, retires from the board after service the last year as immediate past president.
