Good afternoon,
My Board of Directors has decided to do away with our 10 gal Igloo coolers and replace them with stations provide 8-12 oz bottled water. Unfortunately, a lot of the details were not collected prior to the decision. Although I'm excited about not having to refill 10 gal coolers everyday, I feel there will likely be many new challenges with this change. So I'm hoping some of you can shed some light.
For those of you that are supplying bottle water on the golf course:
How many bottles/round do you plan for?
Who is responsible for stocking the bottle station with water and ice?
What kind of 'cooler' setup works best?
Who's your water source? What's you recommended on hand inventory?
Any other tips, tricks, experiences would be greatly appreciated.
