   I've been asked to present at a club managers dinner early next year on the topic of being a superintendent and their relationships with club managers, reasons and methods behind what we do and so on. I have some thoughts in mind but am keen to hear from any who have spoken at something similar such as this in the past and who may have something on file which they could email me.

   Brett- I had this assignment years ago as a chapter President. Most club managers have a "house committee" and a house committee chairman. I tried to draw the corollary between their House Chairman and our Green Chairman. They know what a pain in the neck that person can be when they start critiquing menus, locker room supplies, cleanliness, etc. Remind them we have the same problems with Green Chairman.
