What to do...greens are sprayed, trees are being trimmed/cut down, parking lot gets plowed.

Lets make a skating rink on our irrigation pond! Started a couple of weeks ago when the ice was about 4" thick and we continued to clean and flood. Worst part was 10 days ago when a warm spell and some rain/wet snow covered the rink. Boys spent 5 hours blowing the wet slush off the rink which saved it. The rink is a mile into the property and we are fortunate that is paved to within 100 yards of the rink, we plowed an area big enough for 15-20 cars.

Lots of use especially during the holidays and it's great to see kids with their parents spend a couple of hours here, we also groom a 4k cross-country trail along with hosting many members who snow shoe around the course(sometimes snow-shoers walk on the --oh so nice and firm ski trail, which ticks the skiers to no end)

    A couple of vids...
