When George Bush was President, many voiced concerns about the Patriot Act. Fast forward to 2013 and we seem to be living in a country where privacy is a thing of the past. We know under Obama, the NSA has turned the Patriot Act into snooping on steroids yet I haven't heard this discussed anymore. A Consumer Protection function created by the Dodd Frank Act to supposedly clean up banking, now tracks every single transaction each of us make on a daily basis. Obama-Care will allow the IRS to give new staff that are supposed to train everyone, access to critical personal medical information. We are now being electronically monitored 100% of the time. Soon it will be mandated that every car made will have a black box providing our where about's at all times. Obviously, many vehicles already have this. Have we lost our freedoms completely at this point? Is this a right vs left issue anymore or is it simply tyranny. We know the IRS used private information to pass on to groups (Soros sponsored)to defeat Romney by trying to tar and feather his donors. Should we be seriously worried? We know bad people within government will use personal information if it helps their cause. Are we now East Germany under the Stasi or the old Soviet Union with the KGB? Are you concerned? Why has it been so quiet on this issue?
