Accu Master 652 Cancel The title field is required!

   We have the Accu Master 652 grinder from Foley. We started to have an issue with the relief grind process half way thru the cycle the traverse just stopped. We have re set and checked and continues to do the same thing. We set up to spin grind and it seems to work fine. Any thoughts John O'Brien

   Does the relief finger pop up when it travels to the left end of the reel? Some times buildup develops during grinding and makes the relief finger stick. The finger must pop up in order for it to travel back to the starting point.

   It definetly sounds like something with the controller or touch pad, unless the stop finger is to high and hitting one of the webs that the blades are welded to. Contact foley they are great in service and talking you through issues on the phone.

   I had one that started acting up and I needed to adjust the tension on the clamp. Worked fine in spin mode but would act funny during relief. Just something quick and easy to try.
