Any thoughts on member carts. Electric

I've got the I2 Precedent from Club Car Looking at these again.Overall been a decent cart.

EZGo with the RXV Nice cart as well.

Yamaha Drive 2 is charging hard as well.

Your ideas and thoughts on these carts would be much appreciated. Simplest thing is to go with what we have but these carts are 8-9 yrs old so it will probably be another long term investment.

Any ideas and thoughts on the others are appreciated.

    Thanks

Never had Club Car but have serviced many of them owned by members. More expensive to lease and seem to have front alignment issues. We have always had EZGO TXT. Our current fleet of 80 is gas powered but previous fleet was 48v TXT. The RXV model is nice and have a couple members who own them and love them. EZGO just came out with a option for a 48v lithium powerpack which looks pretty slick. Said it has a 6 year lifespan. Yamaha seems to have a decent cart for a very competitive price. Our big issue with them was service. Club Car and Yamaha runs all their service through dealers and while the Club Car dealer in this area is not bad, the Yamaha dealer in our area is terrible. EZGO has factory direct service staff and their guys are awesome. No matter who you go with do not use the 12v batteries. They will never last in a fleet situation. Go with the 6 x 8v or even better would be 8 x 6v.

Had Precedent Last lease. Had wire issues, battery failures, seat cover failures, body failures... got rid of them a year early to get EZ-go's TXT-48. I know waaay to much about #6 marine cable with tin coated copper lugs and waterproof shrink wrap for every wire on 72 carts including replacing 75% of all batteries after 3 seasons. EZ-Go paid Club car about 30K to get us out of our our lease. Lets just say YIPEE! Public course that needs a bulletproof tank for golfing.

Keith/Mark thanks. Gone through the club car horrible battery cable deal. Batteries them selves lasted pretty long until a power failure one winter killed a bunch going into their 6th year which was pretty good. Thanks for the thoughts.
