Which model Spray Star do you have? Please let us know and we can look into your issues. Are you sure it's in the cable? Remember that the adjustment of the sensor to the magnets is pretty critical. You can also contact our Technical Services Representative, Jim Hofmeister @ 800-891-9435. Lastly, if you loose speed input, you can always continue to spray with the Console in a "Test Speed" setting. You no longer have automatic rate control, but as long as you hold a steady speed, you can finish your tank application and be on target.
