Just got one last fall and finally put 50 hours on it for that initial oil change service.

Any tips on getting the drain plug back in? Our equipment technician could not get his fingers back in the tiny hole he had to work with. He had the back-end up to crawl under the machine. He eventually jacked up the front end, placed a couple of 4x4 blocks (I guess we only have two jack stands) and kind of created a very short lift. Is there a better or easier way (besides having a lift)? Didn't know we would have to look at hand sizes when hiring.

    Thanks!

Wow I just looked at our new ones after reading your post to see and sure enough they made that one hard plug to get back in there! Ours only have 7-17 hours on the 3 new ones we got so haven't done them yet but luckily I have a lift so won't be that bad for me but I could see where laying on the ground it could be tough. Looks like you have to lay just the right way to get your thumb and index finger up in the hole just right to be able to thread back in. I was looking for a drain plug on the bottom like on our other equipment they have two plugs one on end and one on bottom but these don't have that which would make it sooo much easier if they did.

Thanks guys, this will make my guy feel better.

I think the engineers should be made to service vehicles before they are put into production.

    Thanks!
