    Hi,
I have a 2016 Tru Turf RS48 db and the rollers and bearing are shot after 300 hours. We have 3 older models and they work fine. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks

They have changed there roller design over the years. I still have to go through mine each season. The grease that you use will make a difference of it being trashed or just repack. I have learned to clean out the grease on a new bearing and repack, this can be easily done by removing the seals with a dull knife. You should be able to get a warranty on the bearings since they only lasted one season and were sealed from the factory. Put a little silicone on the shaft and the roller tube before pressing in the new bearing.

A common complaint. +1 on what John says.

I outfitted the model T roller tamer specifically for Tru Turf rollers

Here's the instructional video for the older ones. The newer ones are very similar.

You may also want to take a look at the Golfco rollers to replace them with. I started using them this year on the Tru Turf and have yet to see an issue with them.

Which roller length of the Golfco rollers works? We have tried to matchup several other style rollers and have not found one yet that fits within the housing. Haven't looked at the Golfco yet...

    Stephen,
Can you send the reference for the golfco rollers to me too? Thanks
