I have a trial of some Sea Spray seeded Paspalum I am doing at fairway height. I have 419 starting to encroach on the sides of the Paspalum. What are some products some of you have tried that seems to work? I am going to try Prograss and T-Pac, and see what kind of results I get, but anything else would be welcomed. Thanks.

Having grown Sea Isle 1 seashore paspalum one a former Bermuda grass golf course, the best results we found to fight off comeback of Bermuda turf was simple use of Saltwater! If you can get ocean water and apply it to the Bermuda turf it will not be happy and fall aside while the Paspalum will do fine! If none is available make your own by mixing salt and water, we used simple gulf of Mexico water as it was right next to the golf course and we were on recycled city water which was also somewhat salty from the effluent chemical use. This is simple cost effective and works best! No need for fancy chemistry with Paspalum, although the reality you are utilizing salt as the chemical!

We have just the opposite...our Paspalum is out doing the bermuda and the paspalum is going the other way. We have some places where the paspalum has progressed out ward 2-3 ft. My problem is spuge in the sea spray paspalum. We use a bit of salt but the spurge is very persistent and comes back over and over. Any ideas?
