Has anyone used walk behind beach cleaners to remove stones from bunkers?
I would love to hear the pro's and con's of using these.

I have the NOLTE BC1000. Got the recommendation for it right here on these forums, about 3-4 yrs ago.

It works fine, but a little pricey for what it is. 15K.

Need it super dry, can only turn so tight. It does provide a band-aid style solution to rocks in bunkers. Need to trailer it around. We custom built a trailer for $3-400.

If you have large enough traps to easily get in and out and do the turns, its a pretty good option. We have had good customer feedback when using it.

Be sure your B.O.D. or owner, GM or whomever you answer to, understands that this does not rid you of the problem, it only provides a maintenance approach. You need to be on a program of about 2x monthly, something like that.

    My 2 1/2 cents,
