    Hello All,
Wanted to know what was the lowest gpa that you would consider using when spraying primo on tees, fairways and rough? I want to squeeze out a few more acres from my 300 gallon rig. We spray around 14oz/acre
    Thanks!

    Curtis,

I used to have my 300 gallon calibrated at 30gpa and sprayed Primo, and everything else, with it all the time. Flat fan nozzles. No issues.

Curt, I spray at 30gpa with a 500 gal tow behind and a flood jet. I spray primo at 14 to 16 oz just before overseed. 12 oz the rest of the time. The 419 does fine at 14 oz, at 16, it looks a little weird.

    Regards,

    Steve

    Thanks Guys,
Steve what kind of rig do you have? I am looking at the 300 gal tow behind in the Gemplers book?

I bought mine from Florida Sprayers. They will set it up however you want and they are nice people to deal with.
It's a 500 gallon tow behind. It came with booms, a flood jet and a hose for spraying trees. I took the booms off, they are a pain when you are trying to spray in the roughs around trees. The Floodjet works just fine.
