Hey everyone. Hope everyone is making through the summer. We are starting a small tee project that will include a two tiered tee complex. We will be using natural stone for the retaining wall. The walls will likely not exceed 3 feet. The tees are straight in line with the hole. What I was looking for are some pictures of anyone that may have this same concept on one of their holes at their golf course. I would like to give the members an idea of what we are shooting for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What will you use as your backer for the natural stone to keep the soil from coming through? I just took a wall down built like this that was improperly supported. It had become an eyesore as well as a liability to the club.

Just making sure you have all your ducks in a row before you get started. :P

We have used a very thick landscaping mat. Black on color. The rock ones that i have built have to be sprayed with roundup in the cracks between the rocks to keep some weeds down. Built the 7 years ago and none have moved.

Will be using a cinder blocks as the main wall faced with the natural stone in front mortared to each other as well as the cinder block wall.
