I have one Toro LTC Sat. where the problem is when you run any one station (multi-manual or programed) out of the 64 available all the heads try to come up and shut down the pump since it cant keep up.

The only way to run this sat. currently is manually turning off all stations at the dip switch and turn six stations on at a time and turn any station on and all six come up.

I have replaced multiple boards and all 64 stations lines show they are closed or not crossed.

    Any Ideas?

Have you swapped out one or all the communication boards from the back side? Make the swap from another controller you know that works properly. I have had replacement boards that were bad from the factory.

Sounds like a distribution board, it's the board on the top. Switch with a known good one to confirm.

I have a similar problem with one of my LTC's. I have 4 stations that try to come up every time I run another station. I have turned off these stations at the dip switches. I have tried replacing all boards in the unit with no luck. I am still not sure what the culprit is. Had these 4 stations off for 2 seasons now though. Luckily they are in natural areas.

Check all the selenoids at the box for proper voltage. Selenoids can short circut through-out the box

Thanks for all the help, It turned out to be the time board on top. Somehow it was sending power to all the stations.
