    Hello,

I'm seriously considering using the ASB Task Tracker software program. I have seen the demo and spoken with them over a conference call. Before finally committing to 2016 season, I just would like to hear any feed back from anyone that has used the system (apparently 200 in the US).

    many thanks Lee

Best tool in our tool box. Instead of erasing all our data every morning on the dry erase board we can now use it year after year. Helps selling labor budget, great tool communicating with staff, creates some awareness of where all of our labor goes.

IMO, its good not great. If you want it primarily for record keeping then its way to go. If you want it more for job assignments It could use some updates (translation software, misc-hard entered tasks, etc). I also think the mobile version needs some work too, I find it cumbersome to use on my phone when updating from the field. Having said all that, its the best thing out there I've found so far.

On the website, it looks like this in an ongoing cost of roughly $1000 the first year, then $500 annually there on...does that sound about right?

600 I believe for activation and set-up and 470 per year I believe is what we are paying.

Many thanks for the comments guys. I already have the myturf software for my machinery and finance software, so the task tracker would be the last bit of the jigsaw puzzle.

Thank you for taking the time to reply and congratulations on the Budding award Stephen, very well deserved.

    Lee
