Hopefully our resident prince of peace will make it to this officers funeral and address this situation as a leader and NOT a politician.
He's the only one that can...AND SHOULD

    Is the "situation":

    1) "ignorant people who are violent suck, and that life is uncertain at best"?

    2) "I'm tired of paying for the do-nothings of society who'd rather lounge around on my dime getting handouts and "support and understanding", than go out and work a job like a decent member of society who pays their fair share like the rest of us"?

    3) "What our inner cities have devolved into, due to power, politics, and greed is a downward spiral of hopelessness and revolving door crime/thug life that culminates in the the most basic of ways -- kill or be killed"?

    4) "If we couldn't come together, as a country, after Sandy Hook, we're unlikely to ever come together on anything. So, any notion that #blacklives #bluelives #alllives #lives "matter" is a lot of nonesense."?

    Take your pick?
Humans are a messy risk and there's enough who are unstable and dangerous to make life uncertain.
What world do you think you should be living in?

    In re-reading:
[quote">Humans are a messy risk and there's enough who are unstable and dangerous to make life uncertain. What world do you think you should be living in?

..sounds like an NRA concealed carry promotional tagline. I should copyright that.

I believe you missed the intent of Trevor's post although your points make for a good separate conversation.

El Presidnete likens himself, among many other things, the central diplomate of us common heathens who, he and he alone, can sooth the ills of society. The problem is he carefully picks and chooses the causes or people for which are worthy of his attention and audience. As such he has alienated multiple demographics that has resulted in a separation among groups the likes we haven't seen since the 60's. I guarantee Obama will have no representation in regard to Trevor's post thus fueling the argument that Obama is one of the, if not the most, biased leaders of our time.

I don't think anyone misunderstands. You are a racist.

I got the point. But there wasn't much there to have a back and forth with.
"I HOPE A THING HAPPENS" was pretty much the point -- but where do you go with that?

    Greetings;

Let's get a decision on Deflategate first - then we can discuss "Black Lives Matter" & Pigs In A Blanket and Fry Them Like Bacon - meaning White Cops.

Don't expect Mr. Obama to attend the funeral of the police officer shot 15 times from that Bast*** in Houston. It's below his dignity. This is a HATE CRIME and it should be treated as so.

"Pigs in a blanket. Fry' em like bacon."

Yes, one would think Obama might address the issue.
