About 8 months ago we all were concerned with the price of oil and what it did to the price of gasoline and diesel. A barrel of oil was hovering around $100 and gas was nearing $ 3.90 a gallon with diesel higher. Now we can buy gas for less than $3 a gallon, diesel prices have fallen to more reasonable numbers but a barrel of oil today is selling for $101.28 a barrel and nobody says a word. We're all fickle in that if it directly affects me, I am concerned, if not........no worry. That's why we keep sending the same idiots back to DC.
December 1, 2011 by a vote of 93-7 the Senate voted to end the restriction on sodomy and beastality in the military. Not a peep from anyone. I guess now those sailors, soldiers, Marines and airman can aid a goat to their 3some with their bunkmate and all is good. Again we keep sending those idiots back to DC
Yesterday the NOPD went through a New Orleans park to remove "occupoopers" there since October in a peaceful removal. Only one arrest was made and the park was cleaned up and sanitized by the city sanitazation department. Today US District Judge Jay Zainey allows them to re-enter today an again occupy the park for 7 more days. What? Another federally appointed idiot.
Our president after first using Kennedy and Camelot to compare himself to, and then later FDR has now found a new president to compare himself to............the ole rough rider, Teddy Roosevelt. Why doesn't he stop campainging after 3 years and actually trying governing the country.
After liberating the country and promsing jobs and support the National Transition Council of Libya is saying turn in your weapons. We really appreciate you help but with 75% of the population that last thing we want is a bunch of disgruntled unemployed former rebels running around with automatic weapons and RPG's. Sounds like some campaign promises we heard 3 years ago.....hey guys it always sounds better up front.
And as the astute lawmakers of Greece as the G in PIGS, approved next years austerity budget after a decade of spending like drunken sailors ( or the US Congress) it makes one shake your head in amusement.
