I was wondering if anyone has vacationed in the Keys? I am looking into a Spring Break vacation and normally we go to SW Florida. I have never been to the Keys and thought it might be interesting, but I know nothing about the area. My family consists of two college kid and my wife. We are looking for relaxation and a beach. Possibly some adult cocktails!! I appreciate any information.
    Thanks, Tom Feller

A friend had his wedding at this resort on Islamorada about 20 years ago and we spent 4 days here. I don't remember much except for the pool side bar that was well used by our party. At that time it was pretty cool.http://www.holidayisle.com/about-islamorada

Ditto on Islamorada. If you like fishing, that place is paradise.

    Hey Chris:

Was it perhaps the Checca Lodge? Really nice place that my wife and I stayed at a few years ago and also a cool little par 3 nine hole course on property that I think Jack Nicklaus designed!

Also if y'all like desserts, in Key West there is a unique place called 'Better Than Sex' and they produce some fantastic desserts and they also do some very innovative liquor drinks too. Very nice ambiance and sure you can imagine some of the names of the desserts and drinks!!

    Enjoy!! Steven Neuliep
