When I pull up the website, over in the log on spot, it doesn't show me logged on, but when I go to forums it does show me logged on. This has been at home and here at work. I haven't tried to go back to the home page yet to see if it shows me logged on there. Maybe before I exit I'll try that.

    Thanks, Mel

    Mel,

Let us know if you're experiencing something different than this, but the system may be working properly based on your description. Because the main website and the forums have separate logins, it is possible to be logged into one and not the other.

That said, if you're checking the boxes to remain logged in on either site, and you're being prompted for a login, that could be a cookie issue.

We know the multiple logins can be frustrating, and we hope to get to a single-login process in the future.

I have been on the phone to GCSAA numerous times for help, clearing cookies and so forth, it is still hit and miss, mostly miss, if I can log in at all. Even if I do log in, every time I go to another members only page (forums or jobs), then I need to log in all over again.

This is the worst web -site "up-grade" I have ever seen. The GCSAA web site was fine for years, now I'm consistently denied access.

    GCSAA Members,

We appreciate the value you see in the website and certainly commiserate with the need to have multiple log-ins. The complexity of integrating our database and enabling access to data for members made for a complex redesign. The multiple log-ins created by Phase 1 of the redesign was a necessity for security reasons. If this was just a cosmetic (graphical) redesign, the issue would not have presented itself. However, such a redesign would not have provided the resources the members need or deserve. Our customer service staff and technology staff are willing and ready to assist in addressing any issues you might have. Please contact them at 800-472-7878.

    Sincerely,

Jeff Bollig, Sr. Director of Communications
