   To All GCSAA Members,
   I was at HQ all day yesterday and watched our IT staff who had been up all night work their tails off trying to serve our members. I for one want to thank them for the above and beyond efforts to serve us migrating our systems to a modern Data room. With a reduced staff due to budget cuts and a long over due update to our data room they deserve our respect and appreciation.

   With all due respect, I hope it was not taken as a criticism of the IT staff. I have no doubt they work hard...more with less...etc...
   On the other hand, there are many of us who work our tails off each and every day to serve OUR members with reduced staff and budget cuts. Sometimes we get some respect and some occasional appreciation from those we serve sometimes we don't. Just a matter of expectations needing to meet reality. Something many of us have to deal with on a daily basis.
   
   Thank again GCSAA IT team. Your cup runneth over..
