We have 419 and common encroaching into our miniverde greens. What are other ultradwarf guys/gal's doing to alleviate this problem? Obviously we are pulling the stolons by hand but it is a painstaking process and we cant seem to get ahead and stay ahead.

A ring of zoysia for us. Spray out the encroaching 419 into the zoysia with fusilade and edge between the zoysia and the green. A well selected Z. matrella matches up well and our members have a hard time picking the difference between it and the bermuda.

Farm Links has a few holes with Zoysia collars up against their Bent. At first glance, it was hard to tell it was a different grass compared to the Bermuda, and still wasn't 100% sure until I was told what it was. I want to say it was Cavalier Zoysia.

They have Diamond Zoysia on the collars at Farmlinks. Also, Shoal Creek (collars and some tees) and Birmingham CC (all tees).

That's it. Diamond Zoysia. Thanks for the clarification. Looked real good too.

I figured zoysia would be the answer. Any concern with PGR's? Considering we are making applications weekly.
